Need your advice on the booking of NBCC heights - 2 BHK flat 2nd floor ( Super area 1140 sqt Built area: 826 sqft) in Rs. 42,32,000/-

Is the project and area is worthwile to invest for horizon of 3 years keeping the price. it is located on patuadi road, Hv paid 3 lakh booking amount and still have optin to back out or go ahead.

plz guide if i should go ahead ......or go for other options...

Anyone intrested in the project ( genuinely ) shall also let me know. The property can be transefreed by paying 100 rs sqft nominal charges.

    Dude - const quality achchi zaroor honi chahiye, I agree and probably good for end-user.

    But I must let you know that this is EXPENSIVE for the price being quoted for this location... 10 kms from honda chowk that too on wrong side of NH8 where all the GGN is... you have to cross 2 villages to reach there, I have seen the site.

    Like phase 1 last year, govt ppl applied this yr as well and have been fooled again - people have been trying to sell at 25-50 Rs premium now in order to save 25k as refund cost from NBCC.. I have seen 2 such cases till now...

    Why dont you go and buy it then - its available at ZERO premium with people willing to exit and save their 25-50k as charges to NBCC :bab (59):

    Tulip Ace ka rate 4500 is good as it is in possession ready status.Whereas NBCC we are getting a rate of 4000 all inclusive and the possession will be after 3 years from now.
