Need your advice on the booking of NBCC heights - 2 BHK flat 2nd floor ( Super area 1140 sqt Built area: 826 sqft) in Rs. 42,32,000/-

Is the project and area is worthwile to invest for horizon of 3 years keeping the price. it is located on patuadi road, Hv paid 3 lakh booking amount and still have optin to back out or go ahead.

plz guide if i should go ahead ......or go for other options...

Anyone intrested in the project ( genuinely ) shall also let me know. The property can be transefreed by paying 100 rs sqft nominal charges.

  • Hi folks I have got an allotment thru lottery in Nbcc heights sector 89 its a type 5 appartment 2400 sqft ....the price is 4000 all inclusive (2 parking+swimming pool and garden facing) . Is this a good deal?? as the project is built by a govt company . Please let me know

    Can you confirm who is the architech, civil contractor, and is the rate all inclusive??
    What are the Escalation clause pertaining to the agreement.
    What are the specs??
    Status of project?

    Heard last the price as 3500 all inclusive and loading at 10%?? can you confirm floor plan and pricing structure?
    Is there any size 1140 sq ft with 826 covered area available?? it was booked for Rs 42.32 lacs.

    Like phase 1 last year, govt ppl applied this yr as well and have been fooled again - people have been trying to sell at 25-50 Rs premium now in order to save 25k as refund cost from NBCC.. I have seen 2 such cases till now...

  • After seeing the rate of 5250/- as BSP for 3c i am confident now that I have done a great deal in 4200/- all inclusive (includes everything including service tax for plc and bsp .)

    25-50 Rs ka matlab apartments mein per sqft rate hota hain... lagta hain naye naye broker bane ho...

    Anyways to cut the cr#$ further, go and visit NBCC office and they will tell you that some people have come and cancelled their allotment also. Have got 2-3 more options where people are willing to exit at any premium buyer wants to pay (even 50k)... if this is not signs of a flop overpriced project, then what is...

    3C is available in resale at 4500.. also its location is on the other side of sector 89 with entry to NH8 via Vatika / DLF side unlike NBCC that is on pataudi road.. also 3C name sells like hot cake now... this is the difference...

    just wait for 1 year price will be double.

    3C mai resale kaise chalu ho gayee bhaiya mere jab project abhi launch hua hai..... i will not agree with this.

    The original allotment (prelaunch) was at 4250 - discount and now company has increased the rates... so original booking waale are now selling at 4500 approx.

    BTW pados mein Tulip ka rate to aapko pata hi hain na... which is almost ready to move apts...
