        Construction quality and materrial is very good

        Construction is on going u can see

        Very near to dwarka express high way proposed metro

        Near to air port

        tentative price per sqf in resale is in between 5k to 6k
        u may give us your idea about price

        A jump of price 300 t0 700 is also expected in this area due to launch of new
        project in this area

        about price

        My opinion is, this is much much better then go with private builder

        who conceal a lot of fact and charges

              Tulip Ace ka rate 4000/sqft pad rahah hai all inclusive .....and yes it is ready to move........so what the hell r we boasting about nbcc..."that's its a good deal falan and dhikana".

              And for everyones kind information the Tulip Ace is a Luxury appartment....the specs provided by the builder is of elite class.... whereas what nbcc is providing is 3 rd class

                we can say Gadde (pit) may

                  Dude - const quality achchi zaroor honi chahiye, I agree and probably good for end-user.

                  But I must let you know that this is EXPENSIVE for the price being quoted for this location... 10 kms from honda chowk that too on wrong side of NH8 where all the GGN is... you have to cross 2 villages to reach there, I have seen the site.

                  Like phase 1 last year, govt ppl applied this yr as well and have been fooled again - people have been trying to sell at 25-50 Rs premium now in order to save 25k as refund cost from NBCC.. I have seen 2 such cases till now...

                      Why dont you go and buy it then - its available at ZERO premium with people willing to exit and save their 25-50k as charges to NBCC
