I was recommended to this forum by a friend and am delighted to see the informative discussions on every topic.
I am looking to buy a house with the following requirements:
1. Location: Golf Course Road/ Sector-43/ Sector-52/ Sector-53/ Sector-54 (not looking at Golf Course Extension since it is too far from Delhi)
2. Type of Apartment: Multi-storey or Builder Floor by reputed builder
3. Ready to move in apartments (no ongoing projects)
4. No. of bedrooms: 2BHK/ 3 BHK
5. Preferred size: 1000-1200 sq ft for 2BHK and 1500-1800 sq ft for 3BHK
6. Budget: Within Rs 75 lacs for 2 BHK and within Rs 1.2 Cr for 3 BHK
7. Key needs: 100% power backup, soft water, good security, durable quality in terms of seepage and piping (since it will probably be an older society within this budget) - I guess that covers what anyone looks for

I have looked through threads on similar topics and thank you for the wealth of information. Based on these, I have shortlisted the following properties:
1. Suncity (Sector-54): Is this builder floors or multistorey? Not sure if it has power backup and soft water.
2. Vipul Gardens (Sector-54): Is this a part of Suncity?
3. DLF Carlton/ Princeton/ Wellington/ Ridgewood
4. DLF Exclusive Floors
5. Unitech Palms
6. TDI Ourania: Not sure about quality but lots of listings for properties on sale
Please let me know the pros and cons of these properties. Are there any obvious properties I have missed out?
Also, please let me know if we're seeing any correction in this location or are those just feel good news articles in newspapers?
