Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

    Nipsi ji, I don't think you should treat any news as confirmed unless it is coming from company. 4500 or 5000 or something, it is all hearsay that people are getting from their links. We have to wait for the official version to find out what is true and what is rumor.

    Their delivery is nowhere close to average.. my experience is as recent as this month, I stand by my opinion along with comparison with quoted builder.

    I agree , This was a pre launch... The price shall be finalized before launch.The people in Pre launch will get some benefit.

    Wait till next three weeks ,you shall see in the news papers...

  • There is lot of duscussion around quality of ATS projects. Some feel they have done more than decent job and there are few who have different opinion.

    Can somebody list out the architecture and construction companies ATS has used for their prior projects?

    One thing I am getting really difficult to digest if Raheja projects athrava/shrishti in sector-109 which are already constructed are being sold in 3900-4000 range why there is so much hue and cry for ATS project in sector-109 ...ppl if purchase on 4500 DP they will repent for lifetime for their wrong decisions....
