Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

    I agree with you. ATS projects are a class apart.
    All ATS projects command much higher price compared to others in close vicinity. I earlier lived in ATS village & now stay at ATS paradiso. Contrary to what someone has stated, ATS paradiso is one of he least dense projects(30 flats per acre) in the region and is very well made.
    Rather than debating on ATS quality, I would advise serious Investors to take some time out and visit some of ATS projects. Personally for me, ATS has given very handsome returns in the past 8 years.

  • Checked with ATS thery have inventory in all sizes. Ofcourse how many people will have 66.5 Lac(Min) cheque at such a short notice w/o funding from bank. I feel CLP 4500(Guess) in nov11 will have better percentage return.

    Has any body negotiated with ATS for a discousnt on 3800?

    Taking about end users, I have also heard ATS do not allow transfer/resale till possession like ramprastha...........in that case there is no scope for short term investment

    does anyone has any idea on this ?

    PS: Ramprastha may open resale..not looking for argument with RP supporters on this :)

    I tried , but could not get any further discount. But yes, maybe they will agree for part-payment initially(not 100%).

    They are offering only DP plan as of now ? No clp ?

    also in DP 3800 is all inclusive or just BSP

    Presently they are offering DP plan only. And 3800 is basic price. + 350 is EDC/IDC charge + 6 lac for 2 compulsory covered/underground parking, + maintence, power-backup, etc
