Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

  • The fact is 3800 for clp with commission pay back would have been very decent a buy !! dp even for 3600 for me personally is not worth it , dp is a very risky proposition for me , also paying dp when no exact and fixed details are available is a very gutsy thing to do !!

    from purely an investors point of view this is a very putting off offer , one doesnt/wuldnt find buyers for a dp plan taken from now for at least 4 yrs from now. For me it feels safer if one has an exit option !!

    But now i personally feel its being over hyped

    and oversupply will kill the charm

    Look whats happening in Noida Expressway

    Land Value increases With Additions of Infra and when actually people come and start living , YOu also know how many plots are there in dlf which are stiill vacant , In a group housing scenario it is slightly different.....

    It gives a feeling of a close knit family where you get to see 5 faces in the morning when u wake up , This acc to me is a very big factor which decides if one wants to live in a plotted colony which has just started to come up(this I am telling you 5 yrs down the line)

    Not Doubt It will appreciate , but living wise , Group housings will be more livable lets say after 5 yrs

    For investors, by that period, Delhi 2021 could spell doom ( especially for apartment investors ) .

    My views, please ignore, who don't agree. No mood for an argument & repeating the same story again .
