Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

    Thanks so much sikkaji. I guess you are right. That means they are making a new patch somewhere near sector 106. Good news for sector 106 and around.

    I had a small chat with the person instructing operations here. He disclosed that work on this patch started just 3 days back. The pace looked really nice for a three day period.

  • Quite odd . Here people r advising each other that rates at which the Project was booked earlier on ( was it 3900, really cannot say, statements keep on changing every other day ) is quite good & covers any risks on account of delays .

    ...........but these very same guys r asking all to buy at new & much higher rates . Inn logo ka risk on account of delay nahi cover karana kaya ???? . LOL :D.

    I am sure Chitels would have done their market survey and not found enough buyers at that level? Else why would they mark down?

    Its great to see DEW work is full on . Guys great work. Sector 109 has a commecial belt in front. This will be the shopping district .Good choice for living.No wonder Shobha, ATS are all there. Any idea who is coming up with the commercial projects in this sector?

  • One myth which was being repeatedly proclaimed & sworn upon ( there r n number of posts on this ) by so called, ATS loyalists that ATS does not deal through Brokers stands shattered & is in tatters .

    Many links to Broker WEB site's r available which r selling this project .


    Abhi picture baaki hain mere dost, so hold on to your horses .


    Yaha per Brokers hain ke nahin, ATS ke existing customers, ATS ki promotional scheme ( if it does exist ) ke under work kar rahe hain ki nahin ( to earn commissions/discounts by giving referral customers), Inshallah, baaki ke hidden facts would also come out .

    Anyone knows how much invetory is going to be launched on Nov 25th(official launch) ?

    Chintels will launch their share through brokers and ATS will do direct selling only. Chintel inventory may come at 4550-4600 after broker discount. So buying chintel inventory will be better than buying 4800 from ATS.

  • You can find people who have invested in the flop projects like Spire ,palm hills and so on , going totally paranoia fearing people going to DEW and their projects going more south.
    DEW offers a future for investors who believe in the project DEW. without DEW coming to reality no one would have invested thousands of crores (builders ,investors e.t.c.).


    We request everyone to put the POV and do it with dignity and reduce the negativity quotient in debates and personal attacks.

    I will still invest in DEW (delhi side) and will support builders like ATS and Shobha who have performed in past and do not cater to brokers.
    No one person can claim to bought with ATS through a broker. Some brokers are hating this fact of ATS .

    If that is the problem with them then let it be....

    I have heard ATS will offer 50-70 apartments and Chintels around 100 or more.

    But we will only know this in a week or so. You are right Chintels uses Brokers and ATS doesnot.

    This is the ATS thread or is it the thread of Spire, Palm Hills or so on ? Quite obvious tactics, which have been exposed earlier too .

    Why total paranoia in answering & what r the intentions of diverting the topic ?
