I too wanted to go for a bigger unit(but was out of my budget) as finally they seem to give the max returns. This is true in Village & now in Paradiso. The bigger flats are scarce and are selling at a much higher premium than the smaller ones.

    Thanks beowulf,

Yes, we went for 4 BR. You are right the design is great and apartment density is also very low. There are only 2 apartments per floor with three side open views.;)

VB the floor plan on the ATS website have been corrected and not the spreadsheet, if ATS has corrected its floor plans on the website at least they could have made a reference to me on the plan- 40 sqft area ki hera pheri kar raha tha Architect - Who is the architect anyways?

See buyers of ATS C type, we have saved you 40 sqft for each of you. Maybe you can see the constructiveness of floor plan review!

And irony is I could not afford to book it. Anyways Welcome!

Hope there are no more surprises, its getting serious now ATS guys - get the act together!

    Hi,

I am only saying : Please note the carpet area is approx : 1040 in Type C.
    Not 998.

Your calculation were correct at that point of time. The good news for type C buyers is that it is approx 1041 sq foot carpet area and not 998.

    Thanks for 'anyways welcome' :-)

The diffrential is simple correction of 3.5 Sq foot increase by 11.75

11.75 multiply the additional 3.5 correction: Total additional 41.125

That works out to additional 41.125 sq foot
Add it to old calculations of 999 / or whatever approximation

It comes around 1040 sq foot

as far as i understand they did not offer even Rs.100 discount.
must have sold enough to refuse even Rs.100 discount.

It was impressive to see that they are already working on the web site and the periphere is all secured with branded boundry.

Chintels launch will be interesting to see as Chintels has sold only the pre launch inventory as far as i know from this forum.
