Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

    "extreme optmism is never a stratgey" I am telling you as a forum mate if you are GANDHARI like person or ATS agent then you can ignore it..

    fresco l aunched at 3800 in 2006. asking rate,is 7000 to 7500. nearly double in 5 years. any thing more???

    VB, Park View is completed and occupied project by Bestech in palam vihar area, around 1-1.5km from eway.

    TATA or DLF/Emaar/Godrej/Mahindra (Cant reveal the name unless my frnd will be in trouble :) who is working on this deal (JDA agreement between land owner and developer)

    will soon be launching a project in sector 113 at a price of 6000+

    Only they have a huge land bank & are highly ambitious on Indian RE.
