Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

  • Sir it doesnt make sense for mahindra to go for JV at those valuations if they have sold their own project at far lesser prices........

    6000 to norm hone waala hai last sectors ka dekhte jaao , bike ya naa bike but last sectors will have premium attached to it , Builder who are putting in 1000 of crores definitely know better then what we know

  • SIddhartha ko akal aagyi hai ki they would not be able to sell Highend project with their own brand name , they did try to sell it by the name luxuria 5600 psf and got very lukewarm response (saying by the looks of it ) coz the project was not announced by the builder

    I simply said 8000 after 4 years for likes of ATS / Chintels / Raheja / Godrej IN 2016 and some one said People talking 8000 or 9000 rate in 2016 are doing hyper marketing! MLM :-)

    What is ur take on 2016 on of ATS / Chintels / Raheja / Godrej projects if completed well even if only 14 Kilometers of Dwarka expressway is done along with sector roads connecting to DELHI?
    Will await ur response to be able to add ur much valuable knowledgable point if view estimation
    It wd be a good notional estimation
    It is an estimate not an assessment , wd be interesting when we look back after 4 years.

    u cant compare 109 with 113 and TATA with ATS

    TATA name will carry a 1000 premium easily also location of 113 will carry 500 premium

    AB 6000 main se 1000 aur 500 less karlo - you will get the best price for ATS

    agree Amit, no brand can be compared to Tata not even DLF. I can pay 1000 -1500 premium for Tata properties any day.

    Mahindra Aura looks to be the most attractive property now.

    1000 total kam karva to mere bhai (500 plus 500)
    109 sector itna bura bhe nahin
    ATS bhee NCR main good brand hai sir Ji

    tata coming in 113 not even in 109 (which is a better location)

    bang on dway location is anyways comparable if not better than 82.

    fact is price bar is being raised with every new launch for this entire region by the builders. who am I. just a blogger.

    My guess is ATS wont launch anything in 104 below 5K levels if it does so even within next 3 months...
