Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

    Some one in ATS told me the same that Chintles will launch at this price.

    Now 4800 is looking like a bargain...:D

    I disagree....bargain ? It may be a good deal...how come a bargain ?

    Apart from construction start on DE and KOCOON what has changed such that prices are moving from 4700 to 5300 in 2 months of formal launch ?

    What is up with price rise in this area ?

    baki as i updated you last I'was interested in a bigger golf facing unit for the long run so finalised a jaypee WT unit in noida.
    abhi yahan IREF pe builders new launches price situation sun.... roj roj attack hote hote bachta hu:D.

    ATS is offering at 4800 where as thru broker, he is getting a disc of 1%...he asked me if I can find something better than this...looks like he is getting the best he can get at this moment..

  • According to wikimapia new alignment has been proposed for deway. So far no confirm news received that how correct this alignment is and who have marked it? But recently in TOI HUDA have claimed that they have carried out survey for new alignment. Now in case this alignment is correct than there would be drastic changes in realty price based on which project become closer proximity of new location and rate shall correct or revised accordingly.

    This road was on at verge to scrapped since pending litigation was quite difficult to sorted out. Sometime ago I believe that dew would be replication of FNG exway and ultimately authority shall drop down their wapons. Anyway if they are thinking to bypass the litigation land it seems to be wise decision.
