Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

    For those who fancy the brand, You can get that rate in ATS share/quota of Kokoon. Honestly, I don't know if there wud be anything to distinguish them from Chintel units on completion

    I know of 17xx size, cus be there in other sizes too if once checks
    They are calling it flexi payment plan. Jaypee also has a similar plan

    Need ur help...in this 45 L upfront (flexi) what is teh per sq ft rate that they are offering? Do you know please?
