Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

  • Any news about the new luxury project by ATS in Sector 104.. last heard they were launching it on 6500/ sq ft , location is bang on the DEW but the backside of the site is touching a village..

  • ATS second project in 109 will come first , they have bought another 10-11 acres land from chintels.....Yes they had another 20 acres out of which they gave 10 to ATS and rest is with them for their second project in 109 , This 20 acre land in just behind Michael Schumacher project

    there are a few more in this sector only , But they are not launched/pre launched yet...


    I believe that all these would be delivered in the next ~4 yrs ......So this will look more like HOW DLF phase 4 looks today....

    Excavation of tower 1,2 and 6 already done.
    Raft and column for tower 1 & 2 done.
    Raft for tower 6 is in progress.
    EC expected by sept end.
    Work is on but little slow, may be due to rainy season.
