Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

    Are the buyers / end users satisfied with the construction progress after one year of launch ?

    What are the prevailing resale rates ?

    Is this project going to be build and delivered in 3 years since launch ?

    If you talk to chintels there is kind of curious response ...
    "ATS has received written EC clearance where as We (as in chintels) are waiting for our written EC clearance "
    If the land is of chintel and ATS is builder why there is a need of dual EC clerance ?

    It depends on the kind of unit you are looking for. Floors above 3 in a 2095 sq ft flat is 6K+ as i see on 99acres.

    30% has already gone to the builder. The next installment of 10% can be requested as soon as the EC is received by ATS.

    So after one year the rate is just 6,000 per square foot in CLP.

    Questions that arise are:


      How much was this launched for ?
      Also, how come there are 2 EC's ? Is ATS not building the whole project ?
      Have the investors gained anything if invested at Launch ?
      When is the next demand due?
      Will the builder repeat its good work in Gurgaon ? Or will it be a slow pace project ?
      99 Acres is indicatove price, does any one know of a real resale ?

  • Both ATS Kocoon and Chintels Paradiso are good. Advantage with Kocoon is low entry cost at this point. ATS will move construction pretty quick once they receive EC.

  • EC is pending for over a year. Because the site is situated in water over exploited zone getting an EC is quite a challenge

    Have read here stories that EC has been approved, but formal paperwork not granted. Looks like work has commenced.

    The test of what is good or bad as the correct resale rate.
