Could you please share how much payments have already gone to the builder and the expected further cash outgo during 2013? Also, please share the purchase price of the original allottee (4300/4800/5200 per sq ft?)

30% payment has already gone to the builder. Expected outgo is dependent on when they get the EC, they've started construction without it but have not raised the next installment. The original allottee had purchased at 5100/sq ft.

Sometimes I wonder why do i even do a job LOL.

If that's the case, I am willing to sell at 6000 / sq ft (no harm making 350/sq ft in one day :).... let me know if you are willing to buy my unit at 6k?

  • Triumph launched at 7500. Just goes to prove the Audi vs Mahindra analogy. Cheers.

  • CHINTELS/ATS JV - Kocoon, Sector 109

  • I dont know about the price but certainly quality and location will be good notwithstanding DEW issues. Also, ATS is transparent and credible regarding surface/carpet area. It's a real piss off to get blatantly cheated with surface/carpet area and loading.

    Thanks

It seems all flats are sold out for ATS Kacoon and purchase from secondary market is the only option left..

I was offered ATS Triumph - Sec-104, at almost 2 cr for 2250 sq ft flat. If i had to invest in 104, i would go with Godrej offering 6750 in Phase2..Guess ATS is charging for brand name and i have negated ATS Triumph from my list..

    Quick question to members :
    - What purchase rates am i looking at in resale for ATS Kacoon ? 6k ?
    - Does this forum allow members / brokers to make solicited offers ?

    Thanks

    Hi
    Greetings

Welcome back VB. Construction to shuru hone do.. ec pending.. possession will take time as builder cannot cast roofs without EC.. Add 36 -50 months after EC.

Rates as per buyers would be 15000 by 2017-18

    Cheers

ATS is selling at a price of @6200, and resale deal happening at @5600. It seems that value of Kocoon is reducing against the market trend.

Is Ats or people close to ATS sensed some problem in license, and liquidating their holding???????

    Any comments Guys?

  • From what I understand, the units ATS is selling (6200) are the ones that they had already sold but did not give BBA or allotment. These guys might have been underwriters or bulk buyers So, in essence ATS is sold out but their mkting people can get units in first sale. I don't think ATS Kocoon has put any fresh inventory on the market.
