Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

  • chintels had withdrawn the ec fr one of their projects in 109 , is it kocoon by any chance. Please see the extract below of a meeting held on november 2012.

    Item No. Environmental Clearance for proposed group housing project at on 19.76 Acres at Sector-109, Gurgaon, Haryana by M/S Chintel India Ltd.

    The recommendation of SEAC to accord Environmental Clearance to the proposed project by imposing stipulation stated therein was considered in the today’s meeting. The Authority was informed that the project proponent vide letter no SEIAA/094/1213 dated 15-11-2012 has requested for withdrawal of their case as they have made some land and planning modifications which will change the features of the project. The project proponent also informed that they would submit a new proposal once these changes are finalized.
    The request of the project proponent was acceded to by the Authority and the Authority granted permission for withdrawal of Environmental Clearance application for the proposed group housing project submitted by project proponent on 27-1-2011.     As above its mentioned 19.76acres so it can't be Kocoon as Kocoon is spread in 11acres(Approx)http://kocoon.atsgreens.com/]

    chintels ( the licencee for the kocoon project ) have only 2 under EC clearance for sector 109 and 1 which they nhave withdrawn :

    1. SEIAA/HR/2012/141SEIAA/HR/2011/418 for EC for proposed Group Housing project Village- Pawala Khusrupur, Sector-106 &109, Gurgaon.

    This project has nt even been cleared by the sub committee and is far away from getting EC.

    2. SEIAA/HR/2012/199F.No.21-123/2011-IA.III EC for the proposed Group Housing Project at Sector-109, Tehsil & District-Gurgaon, Haryana

    This has cleared the 1st stage on october only and refers to a project spread over 15.88 acre which is different from kocoon supposedly spread over 12 acre.

    so where exactly is kocoon project in the EC clearance hierarchy. One must ask ATS the same .

  • Kinjal ji , The EC is for SERENITY and ATS new project , Basically 19.75 acres is what they have in total , Out of which ATs has got 10 acres and the remaining 9.75 acres is with Chintels .


    Acc to what I assumed , Chintels have planned something very Big for this one as earlier this was supposed to be something on the lines of Puri dimplomatic greens , But Since they will be launching it at 9000 plus , So they have to have that X factor for ppl to buy them at 9k rather then buying tata at 11k


    I am very sure This will be a Cracker in their portfolio till now , Lets hope for the best

    let me recap :

    1. paradiso : EC already approved, details available in website .

    2. Kocoon : 12 acre project , not able to find any 109 project of 12 acre , there is one with approx 15 + acre . so what is the status of ec of kocoon as some people have posted picture of construction already started .

    3. 19.75 acre for which chintel has withdrawn application is for serenity + 1 more ats project .

    Is my understanding correct :)

    4. there is one more project for which ec is sought and it mentions both 106 & 109 which are these .

    That will be a relief t the kocoon customers as atleast this has crossed the first hurdle and hence should be in line for approval soon.

    Thanks for clarifying . saw the chintels paradiso site, pleasantly surprised to see all the licence & EC details mentioned in them. will be good to see construction status also. do give them the feedback :) .
