Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

  • amit.bhalla read carefully " u mentioned where does JV comes in ?"..ATS Koccon is a JV of chintels and ATS so ATS exclusive projects may be better anytime to invest for long term even if they r expensive like ATS Triumph etc ..

  • RTI will do nothing cuz the solution is to rehab them either in NPV Ph 3 or 37c but they are unable to concentrate cuz HUDA are busy in making strategy for upcoming election.

    Bhallaji , somewhere in earlier posts about 1 year ago you have mentioned and I quote

    "India bulls have an IT sez in 28 acres in 106 , Indiabulls Have their Commercial office space there also in prelaunch"

    What is the status of these today? Are these still on ?

    There is a layout of chintels 109 project spread over 15.881 acres which is said to be a JV between vidhu properties private limited and chintels and is licenced under LC no. 13 of 2011.

    which project does it refer to would you or anyone know. Does it refer to 2 projects ATS Kocoon and caladium under 1 licence .

  • Yes , Thats Caladium and Kocoon for 1 licence , But since there is a 24m road between them so the caladium fsi was sold by them to some Dwarka based group long back which is about 3.5 acres , Kocoon is licensed under the name Umritha infra (something) ltd.

    KC ji , You have access to the DTCP submitted plans for various developers , Can you please help us out with the ones which are for project of 109 , This would help us get to know the ground realities as to whether or not Another VV is in the making or not.

    Yes , Indiabulls have that 28 acres land in 106 for the IT sez , and the office space in pre launch was in sector 109 , by the name Insignia , There were some issues with it at that time , Dunno what happened to them

    sir had shared the ones for the sector 106-109 plotted development . for this project it is as you said bears out , will upload it for whatever is available.

  • at any price above 6000 per sqft i think one shud prefer brands .....ATS Koccon Best project for end users as construction is moving at fast speed and price is less...ATS Tourmaline best of investors as money outflow wud be too slow...and this project wud be one of the last for registry ........by that time most of the dew projects in surroundings will be estbliahsed so one can get the best premium in ATS tourmaline....

  • Hi buying a brand at such high prices always make sense....i will say stick to ATS(109) or Puri(111) or Tata(113) or Ansals(103)....Godrej location is pathetic so not recomendable...

    I just received 4th demand letter for T3 (on laying of 7th floor roof slab) yesterday.
