Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

Anybody having any more info on this....????

    Received the 3rd(3RD FLOOR) and 4th(7TH FLOOR) demand letter today for T-6 taking the total payment up to 50 %, these people are moving quick !I'm running out of funds with the sudden outflow lol!

    Resale rate for a 1745 sq ft unit is between 5800-6000 from what I hear.Are you looking to buy or sell?

    I have an offer for 6000 ( negotiable ) . I cannot pass u the Broker details, as it is against the rules .

    My advise, just contact some Brokers & u would come across this/similar or a better deal .

    ......& to add, maybe yr. friend who sold just got lucky, made one of the NRI's a Bakra or ripped off a newbie.

    What I know if the deal is as follows. The buyer had investments in Sohna Road , SPR and DEW . He has exited SPR and has invested in ATS Kocoon. What I was to that he plans to hold the unit for year and a half.

    He is not an NRI !! He is resident Indian and from Dwarka !!

    I think I now stand slightly over 50 %. BTW whats up with the prices ? I checked last week on two major property brokerage websites and saw couple of listings at 5300 !!!
    I'm worried on my ROI double whammied by depreciating INR.
