    Another thing I gave you the failure example of Raheja now let us talk about GGN ki Nirvana counrty sector-50 Unitech fresco launched @4400 by Unitech in around 2004 ...even in after 7-8 years for ready to move in flats withh all facilities ppl are ASKing 7000/- sq ft and guess what they are not getting it..even the person like who has cash in hand is not convinced to touch forget who has to take the loan...

    fresco l aunched at 3800 in 2006. asking rate,is 7000 to 7500. nearly double in 5 years. any thing more???

          VB, Park View is completed and occupied project by Bestech in palam vihar area, around 1-1.5km from eway.

                TATA or DLF/Emaar/Godrej/Mahindra (Cant reveal the name unless my frnd will be in trouble who is working on this deal (JDA agreement between land owner and developer)

                will soon be launching a project in sector 113 at a price of 6000+

                  my best guess is EMAAR /ARABTECH!!
                  Only they have a huge land bank & are highly ambitious on Indian RE.
