Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

    I think this is one of the best sector on Dway ...once it's there of course! As soon as this happens...the prices will touch todays prices of dwarka ( or within 3 years)....society flats are at 9900 today....

    I can't really comment on the rates as everything at this point is speculative. Still I would like to say that once D way is up and ready with basic infra...i would rather prefer to stay in ATS or similar rather in society flats of Dwarika.
    So, I see substantial jump from current levels...but a big if & that is if basic infra comes into place.

      Raheja Atharva is selling at a discount of Rs 1000 psf or 15-20 lakh below company price!!! WONDER HOW MANY NRI HAVE LOST THIS MONEY
      No revert on sai kunj residents case status. Even if a compromise is evolved the residents may buy time from court..
      No revert on auction of obstructing structures on Dway
      5 months have passed since tender was awarded to Indiabulls all we get is photographs of mounds of Raw earth which has been lying for the past more than 1 year..

    Dwarka still has a Delhi Address and DDA has less problems of connectivity, electricity, water, roads, basic infra.

    Loading of dwarka societies is much better than GGN builders.. Do you have some figures of dwarka society loading?
