Heard that ATS is coming up with their Residential project in sec 109 in 14 acres , next to atharva.....

  • Builders Discounting Criteria -Group Booking

    There is big enthusiasm of benefitting from discount if some project is a clear GO-GO by forming a "prospectGroup". Project launches on GcX /SPR always have (minimum figure of) 5-10 confirmed (self-declared) buyers from IREF.

    Point is does practice of "prospectGroup" discount exists at major builders side.
    If someone says yes :
    1)Is there any specific definition /criterion of the prospectGroup.
    2)Can groupMembers conditions/terms differ eg. one may prefer a CLP while other a DP/Flexi plan.
    3)Would this not diminish/threaten role of broker /consultant /middlemen.

    Has anyone got a first hand experience of discount.
    Majority forum members prefer decent developer projects.
    In this viewpoint is such discounting viable.
