      I can't really comment on the rates as everything at this point is speculative. Still I would like to say that once D way is up and ready with basic infra...i would rather prefer to stay in ATS or similar rather in society flats of Dwarika.
      So, I see substantial jump from current levels...but a big if & that is if basic infra comes into place.

          I fully agree with you RS but saying that prices on D way will be equal to Dwarka WITHIN 3 years is a gross exaggeration and extreme wishful thinking

                D way is a great opportunity but saying that prices in 3 years will be equal to Dwarka does not make any sense...Delhi Delhi hain...

                Aaaj bhi Rohini ki sabse ghatiya society ka rate GC road ke barabar/use jada hain...

                  Regardign dway, the cat is out of the bag mate.. everybody knows how builders in connivance with shrewd brokers are jacking up the prices of new launches, supported by non market friendly policies of some builders disallowing resale.
                  • Raheja Atharva is selling at a discount of Rs 1000 psf or 15-20 lakh below company price!!! WONDER HOW MANY NRI HAVE LOST THIS MONEY
                  • No revert on sai kunj residents case status. Even if a compromise is evolved the residents may buy time from court..
                  • No revert on auction of obstructing structures on Dway
                  • 5 months have passed since tender was awarded to Indiabulls all we get is photographs of mounds of Raw earth which has been lying for the past more than 1 year..
                  They certainly have gone BANKRUPT FOR IDEAS.

                    Dwarka still has a Delhi Address and DDA has less problems of connectivity, electricity, water, roads, basic infra.

                    Loading of dwarka societies is much better than GGN builders.. Do you have some figures of dwarka society loading?

                    bhai dwarka will still be dilli..

                    How are obstructions to dway going to be removed?

                    Further, we have qualified people on this forum to help you understand the ridiculous price projections you are making to mislead others..

                    Amit001 for our benefit, request you if you can work a ROI at 4500 CLP for 3 years price of 9000/- as suggested by our fellow member??

                      The reason the resale price of the properties is 1000 Rs lesser is because in Resale properties Raheja has already collected 90% of the payments , and the person buying in resale has to pay 90% of white and all premium in cash , whereas in fresh bookings Raheja gives a payment plan of 2 yrs in which the payment is supposed to be given in 2 yrs by a time linked plan...............


                      So if you will calculate the interest out go in the next two years 10% PA , so you will get your answer .....As to y is there such a big diff

                      Difference in original and resale prices in any of their projects...
