Hi,

Does any one know the current status of SPR road in Gurgaon? I am not sure when it is expected to be complete and whether construction has started or not?

Also, is there any hurdles (Court Stay) that anyone is aware off?

Please share some information if you have.

  • I am not clear how will HUDA complete NPR, if the same HUDA cannot reach agreement with few landowners to complete SPR. All the positive news on NPR thread is posted by brokers/builders to keep the prices up. The delay on part of HUDA is frustrating investors big time

    thanks very much for providing this information. So in next hearing on 5th May, 2014, let's see what decision from Court comes up or may be again next date is fixed. But in above statement it is clear that Huda has budget to complete the road and to and fro work from this litigated patch too has gone at fast pace and as soon as stay is vacated by the Court, Huda is ready to complete the road. So delay is from Court's side not from Huda side. Our Court should work little faster and more efficiently to complete such big projects in interest of public and public money.

    Let's hope it pans out the way you predict. Otherwise, we all have seen/heard some horror stories from our judicial system.

    एस्टेट ऑफिसर ने दिया कार्रवाई का आदेश

    हूडा एरिया में रोड प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए अधिग्रहण की गई जमीन मालिकों को वैकल्पिक प्लॉट जल्द ही मिलने वाले हैं। इसके लिए 183 लोगों की लिस्ट फाइनल कर दी गई है। प्लॉट के लिए कुल 427 लोगों ने आवेदन किया है।
    नॉदर्न पेरिफेरल रोड (एनपीआर), सेक्टर- 81 से 95, 99 से 115, 37ए और 110ए में हूडा रोड नेटवर्क का जाल बिछा रहा है। ये सभी हूडा के नए विकसित किए जा रहे सेक्टर हैं। जिनमें बुनियादी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराकर जल्द ही यहां अलॉटमेंट प्रक्रिया शुरू की जानी है। लेकिन इन प्रोजेक्टस के बीच में कुल 427 लोगों की जमीनें अड़चन बनी हुई थी। जिनकी जमीन विभाग ने अधिग्रहण कर ली थी। अधिग्रहण के समय इनसे वादा किया गया था कि मुआवजे के अलावा इन लोगों को वैकल्पिक प्लॉट भी हूडा की ओर से दिया जाएगा। जिसके तहत हूडा ने इन सभी से आवेदन मांगे थे। 427 लोगों के आवेदनों की विभाग ने जांच करनी है। 183 लोगों के आवेदनों की जांच कर उनकी लिस्ट फाइनल कर दी गई है। जबकि अन्य आवेदनों की जांच चल रही है। इस कार्य को हूडा विभाग जल्द से जल्द पूरा करना चाहता है। ताकि इन लोगों को वैकल्पिक प्लॉट जल्द दिया जा सके। शनिवार को छुट्टी का दिन होने के बावजूद एस्टेट ऑफिसर वन सुरेंद्र सिंह सहारन ने अपने स्टाफ के साथ मीटिंग की। मीटिंग में उन्हांने सभी को निर्देश दिए की आचार संहिता खत्म हो चुकी है। इसलिए जल्द से जल्द पेंडिंग पड़े इस कार्य को पूरा करें। ताकि लोगों को असुविधा न हो। जिस भी कर्मचारी ने अपने कार्य में लापरवाही की उसके खिलाफ विभागीय कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

  • A couple of days back I went SPR thru NH8 side entrance and was excited to see the BMW Training Centre Bldg. adjacent to Unitech Vista and further the road which was blocked by the resident villagers by mud piles, the same is removed to make a direct way to SPR, so for the time being scooterists can directly drive on this road without diverting to other road to come again on SPR. Huda was trying for removal of this block with the help of Sarpanch of this village and succeeded to create direct narrow path. Widening of this path is possible only by removing whole houses and date is 5th May. Battle is just for agreeing on compensation amount by both the parties. The owner of that particular house was also present in Vista. Please keep a close tab on 5th May and report here.
