  • What is the current pricing for NTH in Sec 91? Online portals seem to be giving an average price for ready to move options in a range of 3,800-4,500 psft. Clearly, the range is too wide to have an idea as to what is the dominant price in this category. Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Also, given the fact that Sare is building Petioles in Sec 91, does it make sense to invest for own use at Sare since the prices over there are not so high at this point? The question essentially is whether its wiser to go in for an under construction project that may benefit from the development over the period of next 5 years in Sec 91?

  • DLF NTH has come up very well as can be seen from the pictures. all said and done DLF does deliver, though can connect much better with its customers.

    Hi KC. I am not too well equipped to answer this as my unit is still under-construction. The last I checked a week bak, around 25 families had moved into nth90 as per the security staff.

    1. Approx 2300 across all 3 NTH sectors
    2. Approx 150 apartments have been occupied across all 3 NTH sectors
    3. There is a daily needs shop and a vegetable shop in NTH 91, they also home deliver to 86 & 90.
    4. DLF runs a free shuttle service twice day which goes to Shankar Chowk, MG road, HUDA metro station from all 3 sectors and back

    What is the all inclusive price of 2bhk + SQ and is it advisable to take ground flr ? I personally have reservation for ground floor in high rise but seeing NTH wanna know pros and cons of 2bhk here.

    I am looking forward to purchasing 2bhk in NTH 90. Could you please let me know hows it for end use. I want to shift by end of this year and my office is on GC road. ( good 26km away :( ).

    Also is there any issue in these 2bhks as they are limited and what will be estimated AI cost.
