    As a recent owner of a unit here and closely tracking Gurgaon real estate I personally find this to be highly professional and full of positive intent. I haven't seen any developer in the recent past taking ownership and providing seamless communication to its owners in such a way.

    But then, as a unit holder, my views might be biased. :bab (38):

    Can you tell me how are Independent floors of size 3300 Sqft as compared to 2727 Sqft units in high rises?... I want to know pros and cons of both.. I visited both yesterday at Sec-90 and liked independent floors are more spacious....

    all 3 sectors NTH 86/90/91 have few independent floors I guess.. they didn't let me in 86 and 91 to view....

    Any information will be useful and I am looking for end use myself and looking to move in like 6 months or so...

    Hi You can opt for CHD if your office is at GC Road.

  • I don't know why but whenever I read such customer focus stuff by dlf I am reminded of the quotation "beauty is only skin deep". While dlf projects itself to be so customer focused in such superficial ways but on the other hand so high handed in terms of the bigger stuff which is evident from the recent court judgements and customer protests for delays in other projects. Master at double standards.
