    ist get idea what kinda budget u have for same as modular kitchen ll start at 1000 rs per sq ft and may go upto 15 lakh for kitchen alone if u use brands like Hacker kitchen

    A lot of threadbare discussion on quality, shortcomings, habitability etc are discussed earlier on this thread. The RWA did a splendid job at highlighting and DLF obliged with finishing, removing litter etc..

    Contractor was I guess Ahluwalia, which is decent in terms of quality of material, finishing and longevity.

    Yes, the reason that most of DLF buyers are pure hardcore investors, makes this project with low habitation % and hence more discussions on rates is naturally expected.

    Any specific observation about quality of flat, that you would want to share?

    In the new flat User is telling that when he prssed the electric switch then complete board goes inside the wall.

    Seepage in new brand flat

    Pipe Leakage just 1 Yr after possesion

    and many more....

    >>None of these problems are from DLF but from other builders
