    Hi Nitin,

    KD toll is supposed to operate till 2028, i.e. 20 years from the toll start date in 2008 i.e. still 13 more years as per plans.

    New govt. has not removed this particular toll in last 1 year but I hope they might remove the toll by end 2018 or early 2019 few months before the next general elections.

    If some one has got any other information of toll ending on 31-Dec-2015 or any other possible date please update.

    2. KD toll removal is not looking feasible in near future, as one of the member has also quoted it can be triggered in next election, at present its a distant dream.
    3. 1360 2 bhk in Ananda must be hovering around 5400-5600/sqft.
    4. If you are getting your desired price and a good unit you want go for it. Ananda has started permissive possession, physical possession should be soon now once they receive OC.

    3. Not tracking prices for 2bhks...but Ananda is costlier than other societies in its vicinity.. Vik_Thakur would know better
    4. For end use - Yes..for speculation/investment - no

    15 km stretch connecting NH8 to dwarka.

    2. Not before Next election i.e atleast 3 4 yrs

    Well for these units registry has not been done. The AI cost basis the deal will vary between 5200 to 5400 approx.
