V Square launched “114 Avenue” - An integrated commercial hub
The company invests Rs 150 crores in the project

New Delhi, July 19, 2011: V Square, a Real Estate Development Management Company successfully launched a commercial project, “114 Avenue”, located at a prime location Sector-114, Delhi Extension, Gurgaon.   • 10 to 20 feet deep excavation

    Last week I saw 10-20 feet deep ongoing excavation for large area of V-Square -114 avenue site on left side of Bajhhera Road when one travels between Mehrauli Najafgarh Road near Najafgarh Drain to Bajhera Village.

    If I am not wrong, it is the exact location of 114 avenue with many boards where construction is going on at its intial phase....

    I Too saw it last saturday, excavation going on at a very good pace...

    I have not studied much about the project

    BUt i personally feel for a commercial project, it really has to be world class to succeed and their shelf life is usually very small
    For Ex : All malls of MG road have suffered due to opening up of ambience.
    Moreover anything around ambience will never see that kind of popularity/success
    So while investing in a commercial sector where there will be many similar offerings in the vicinity one should invest in the best among the lot

    Excavation done,24 mtr wide adjacent road demarcation is completed n soon its work will start too,no fresh booking only resale is available in this project now.

  • Yesterday visited the site of 114 Avenue. Construction work is rapidly going on. So now no risk. Location of the project seems excellent. Investment should bring superb return.
