orris township plots available in prelaunch in sec 89, can anybody share if its a good buy and what discounts can one negotiate.

Also wanted to know if someone has an idea on who is underwriting this project and give the best price.

  • DLF has the strenght to build a township not sure what Oris can do.

  • Agree here with Rinkuu - Even after CCI fiasco DLF has better brand values as compared to Orris.
  • i dont know , but how about a bptp amstoria or G 99 at 40 k ish levels in resale ????

    I think they are a far superior product location wise and brand wise than what orrise sector 92 can ever be in the long run and even right now, with just a difference of 8-10 k between them , if budget is a constraint one ca always opt a smaller size to compensate !
