  • this Ansals will never be able to meet the construction quality that has always been questionable while if it is not a end user investment u may go ahead upto 4200 I feel can be the price which is more so for the advantage of the loc being close to the commercial 114 and opposite diplomatic enclave . holding capacity period should be at least 1.5 years or alternately immediate sell of in the of investors and property dealers. regards.   • Just Got a call from a broker about siddhartha launch around 5500 in sector 113. I specifically made an inquiry if TATA housing is involved in the project. He told me that its a super luxury project in 113 and doesn't have any involvement of TATA.
    Whats the news guys?? and whats the opinion??? Overpriced...!!! is my POV but then after PURI's success prices seem to have lost their sense of balance!! fir bhi... opinion do!!!!
