    here's a court case going on against them already...again this might not have a direct relevance to the spire woods project but id rather have all information on a builder's past before deciding on my investment than chasing their offices after it...

    Spire South (sector 68) - Spire + A N Buildwell

    Commercial -
    Spire Edge (Manesar) - Spire + A N Buildwell

    But is it the issue with JV or spire and its partners only?

    main reason as per me
    for spire their project in 106 is cancelled ( so some reputaton down ) and siddartha location is also better

  • I just saw the 1500sqft cost all inclusive around 52 lakhs to owners...so its well in budget by even paying premium of rs 12lakhs over it...what so u day ..i think project has potential to rise ..

    Thnks for reply I got bank loan sanctioned for 45 lacs so if I book profit which is about 17 lacs against investment of 17 lacs prior to availing home loan it will be less messy to sell also after 3 yrs of construction the emi will be some where 46000/- pm but I don't see for the 3 bhk flat will be easy to get a tenant without any infrastructure hence I want to utilise this home loan for any such project which will have good rental yield to pay partly the emi that is my urge to book profit pls correct me if I am wrong thnks a lot

  • Dwarika 2 bhk flats are available at 13k and flats on dwarika expressway r available around 4-5k ..massive gap ..inspite of the fact gurgaon socities will be much more refined and managed

  • diffuclt to say at the moment ..but depends upon the progress of dwarika expressway but the way new projects r being launched at 6k-7k ..so prices shud increase ....dont want to give any amount ..currently spire sells at 3900..so huge gap for right now
