  • The trade is between reputed builder and good location. However the price and investment timeframe should also be considered between the two. If looking for short term spire is better else DLF

    As BBA is now being signed in Spire South, I think it is safe to invest in spire.

    But it also depends on time horizon of your investment, for short term (around 1 yr) you can invest in spire south and can hope to make quick bucks. If you are looking for long term and do not beileve in switching you can make go for DLF New town heights, should give good return in 5 - 6 yr timeframe.
