Need your advise urgently.

I am going to buy a flat in sector 92 Raheja Sampada in 1-2 days. Would like to know your opinion. Experienced members please give your opinion about this project.

My requirement: end use(can wait for 5-6 years)
Rate : 2975 BSP

    You might want to post some further details, before anyone can offer some advice.

    Well, I have never been myself in sec-92 but whatever I have seen on google earth, it seems it is really 5-6 yrs. away from being livable may be more.

    and in long run this is going to be preferred area for people, working in Manesar so if you are then, i think its a worthwhile option

    Check for broker discount as well....Normally for Raheja projects the discount is 3% of BSP....

    dont forgo that amount....
