    For group housing 4950/-....WOW DLF is on to set new standards for new GGN.....

    Please let me know the payment plan and discounts on Plots....if somebody have ny info on that

    78 me raheja ne 5800 me nikala dlf ko 6000 me to launch karna chaiye .. abhi latest vatika me The Sovereign Apartments, sec 82 me prelauch kiya hai 6500 me 1000 ka discount.. 5500 hai yaar

    Seems the entire new gurgaon is going for a retating as per the builders. Anything less than 5k seems to be a steal going forward..

  • If you believe in what you just said that prices below 5k are a steal in New Gurgaon then Palm Hills and Palm Gardens should appreciate quite fast from now on. Won't be surprised as all big developers have done / are doing a fury of launches in that area. May be they know something we don't know but yea clearly if Raheja demands 5k for low/mid-rise then the rising wave shoulde lift all boats.
