    hello every one
    I am looking to buy 2000+ sq feet apartmant in new upcoming sectors of gurgaon , preferably in resale for living .Will appreciate suggestions for the same

    have u look Anantraj project....insec 91"Maceo"...it will give u better ROI....or otherwise look manesar side...

        This is Amit, if u r looking in resale then according to me u have to go with ILD or Mahindra aura because in future if u go for resale then also these projects give you good appreciation.

          This is a very valid thread from a person who wants to discuss options to buy. I don't think this is violating any IREF guidelines.

          Shalu73- If you are seriously looking for an advise then you shall share more details of yr requirement like - budget, preferencial sectors, cashflow etc. so that people can provide their inputs.

            thanks to every one who is trying to help. here are the details:-
            1) have identified areas as such golf course extension road , new gurgaon side etc ... basically upcoming areas location should be strategic from appreciation point of view
            2) has to be a reputed builder dlf, emar etc...
            3) construction should be about to start preferably
            4) size can be 2000 to 3000 sq feet
            5) budget - 3000/4000 per sq feet

            In this price if i can get a near constructed property in any upcoming area in gurgaon , can consider that though i doubt it very much
            any inputs are welcome

              1. emaar plam hill 1950 3800-3900
              2. alpha g 2083 3900-3950
              3. DLF NTH 2000+ 3000-3100
              4.Godrej 2000 4100
              5 Vatika GGN 21 2000 33-3400

                Any idea how is Godrej's project and will they be able to deliver good quality product?

                As per my information, this is their first project in NCR. They have executed projects in Mumbai and Bangalore. If anyone has any information about the condition of their previous projects, please share with us.

                I am looking to invest in this project, but would only go for it if they are really good.

                  thanks amit , what is the difference between emar hills and emar garden project
                  which one will you recomend
                  i have also heard of 3 c coming to sector 89
                  is it worth waiting

                    kapilmunjalm, Godrej is very decent . Nice reputation, good construction quality, quite ethical .

                    So, if u r comfortable with the price & the location, should be an decent buy, especially for end use . As an investment, be ready to hold it at least for 2 years + .
