we bought unitech plots on spr for 59000 per sq yard, no parchi's are involved ...........we got allotment and did buyer plots agreement too.
I feel once the spr road is finally made these plots will be the best for investment as future living as they are close to nh 8, golf course ext and sohna road .
One more things dlf and unitech are the only two developers on this road.......and everyone know what dlf and unitech 's hand in shaping up gurgaon be it commercial or residential.
The underwriter also told me that spr is now become some nh 24 b and will be a national highway
