What is potential of Sector 46 in terms of growth over a period of next three years. I have a 100 sq yds plot in Sector 46 that i am thinking of selling.

Do you think it is better to build a house and rent it out if sector still has potential of appreciation ?

What will be some potential alternatives to buy plots that have potential for good growth in NCR area ?

  • Better to stay invested in plot....
    Constructing is not hassle-free and returns are not commensurate to effort done...
    My personal feeling.. only land appreciates.. constructed ones dont appreciate as much
