    Hi Guys,

    I need some advice for buying a 3Bhk apartment in Gurgaon for living purposes along with family.
    My budget is around 75 lacs and can wait for 3-4 yrs for possession.Can you guys please suggest me few good options?
    I'm interested in buying any upcoming project..have seen Tulip Violet and CHD Avenue 71 but not sure about their quality or if possible any other better options.

    Request advice from forum members.Thanks in advance.

    As per my Idea 3c is coming in sec 89, construction quality is too good, you should go for it, this is prelaunching stage of this project.

      Sector 89 will not be livable even in the next 5 years.

      Take ur decision wisely.

          The area which will be livebale soon is Golf course extension and Sector 67 68 70 71 . In these sectors you can buy in Tulip and CHD.

          Kindly go to the location and see yourself. Do research on builder as well.

            Nitin In your budget - You could look at Tulip projects on SPR, may be even Unitech Projects on SPR.

            That area will be livable in ur time frame.

            Please note that these are not the best options but the best possible options in ur budgets and constraints mentioned by you. I will also list down the best options in each of the micro markets, then you cna choose whichever comes in ur budget

            GCX - IREO projects (all will be over 1 cr)
            SPR - Tulip and Unitech Projects (Should fall in ur range); May be also CHD
            NH - Palm Hills + Alpha G (Not sure by when that area wil be livable)
            D Way - Mahindra/Chintels/ATS . Except Mahindra, other options may not be livable before 5 years atleast

                Find some thing in sec 70 from Unitech Anthea floors... that should suit ur req.

                    CHD & Goderej also could be option in this budget, CHD will come mid of march and Goderej will in April
