Does the ongoing decline in pricing trend in Dwarka resale market, augmented further due to recent demonetization (more impact likely than DEW / new projects), makes it a good proposition compared to projects at DEW and New Gurgaon where Infra is still in question? What it offers is established infra, but old construction with seepage issues in almost all societies with minimal to no amenities and open area...compared with the modern and relatively futuristic and newer societies at DEW. what do you think
