Dear members, Please help me understand if there is difference in cost of independent builder floors in sec 45, 46, 40, 31 of Gurgaon constructed on 8 marla or 10 marla plots with stilt parking and lift. Example, 03 floors are constructed above stilt parking, will there be any difference in cost of 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor (with terrace as common area for all floors)? If yes, how much should be the difference? And will price change with 3rd floor having exclusive rights on terrace? And how much? Thanks

  • There could be 10-15 lac price difference between floors. If exclusive rights for terrace, then the price of 3rd floor could be the same as first floor if not less, of course ground floor would still come at a premium.
