Can somebody help me finding ongoing price of plots on Sohna road. Basically I am considering folowing options.

    as per my info plots in rosewood city are available for rs 55000 psy onwards

  • a good location plot in vipul world i.e. B block or C block is at average 70K+ wihtout PLC. if 18 mt road or park facing then add 5K more. i have seen one builder buying 3 plots of 360 sq yards in vipul for each 74K psy. this is 30 days old news.

    Vipul World - 55-60k / sq. yd. (even lesser for plots in A/F blocks.

    Rosewood City - 60k/sq. yd (C Block), D block has smaller plots (60 sqyd).

    South City 2 - 60-70/sq. yd. (300-500 Sq yd plots)

  • Yesterday I visited Vipul world site and enquired from some brokers. 360 sq yard plots on 18 mt roads are available at around 63 - 65 psqyd, that too in C, D and E block.

  • if you are getting plots in this blocks that too on 18 mt road at 63-65K then goahead and strike the deal without waiting for the moment. if plots in vatika city, DLF sector 70 etc. are commanding around 65K rate then naturally vipul world is grossly undervalued.
    don't wait such clinch the deal.

  • I am looking at buying a plot on loan for end use. I was considering an approx. 100 sq. yard semi-built house around Sohna Road/GCX on a budget of up to 1 crore. I need to buy it on loan, so need the following two conditions:
    - Completion certificate of house
    - Full cheque payment :)

    Is that too much to ask for or can I get deals which can be pulled off on loan?

    Please advice. This is my first real estate investment, and I am doing this to have a house of my own to live in.

  • Try harder and negotiate more - you should get something around 60-62K for this.
