    Hi,

    Need advice for 3bhk in wembley estate, sector 50 or tulip voilet, sector 69

    I know the flat sizes in tulip are bigger but need suggestions on

    a) comparison of locality of both now and may be in another one year, security of the locality, also some one suggested that violet is surrounded by affordable housing but wembley with good projects, pla comment on this too

    b) reach of basic amenities reg locality

    C) gentry and type of people in both societies

    D) built quality

    C) as wembley is 10 years old and tulip is comparitively new, how much that impacts

    D) builder reputation in terms of building and maintainence

    E) even if tulio area develops will it come at power to golf cource extn

    F) does heavy traffic conditions of sohna road impact

    Which one is a better bet in terms of end use

    Wembley is a much better option. I had seen the society a few years back. I think it's a better proposition compared to Tulip properties.

    1. Wembley is well established.

    2. Location is better, better connected, social infra is well established.

    3. Gentry wont comment, but I think given the fact that Wembley has been around for longer , processes will be much mature.

    4. Tulip is a low cost builder and the project is an affordable project. It will never become premium.

    5. Do check on the sizes. Wembley has 3 BHK of 1326 sq feet and 2 BHK of 1040 sq feet. Wembley also has 2 or 3 premium towers with 3 BHKs of ~1800 which I think is better.

    What is the price you are getting and what sizes are you considering?

      Thanks, i am looking at 1376 size in normal towers, price is almost similar for 1376 3bhk and tulip violet 3bhk
