  • Listing a Gurgaon property for sale thats paid off 50 %

Hi lovely people, I have a feeling this may not be the right place for this but I have a general question on placing a property on sale under special circumstances.

I live outside India and have a place in Gurgaon by Bestech (Park View Grand Spa) which was purchased in 2012 but has incomplete payment, i.e. around 54% has been paid off but rest overdue since 2013.

My question is that do I need to keep anything in mind before listing a property for sale that has pending payments and has a minor fine for non-payment by the developer (this can be weaved if payment is completed)?

    Happy to provide more information.
