    Please share your comment on property available in Sohna . Is it a best offer 20 km near by Golf Extension Road?

      I booked a flat in MVN on 10th August and there was no mention of the following charges nor were the following charges included in application and allotment letter. Builder is now demanding this at the time of possession. What can be done?



      Situation/charges:

      1. Electricity meter charges

      2. Electrification charges

      3. Non refundable security deposit or IFMS



      the marketing material says no hidden costs, or IDC and most importantly this was not mentioned on offer letter. Offer letter only mentions the total cost of flat.



      This is coming to be 43,000 and is an unpleasant surprise.



      What are my rights here? Can anyone share the RERA rules with regards to this?

        I also went to the site, they were asking for a premium for RTM. May I know what did it cost you?
