Is there any need to register BBA in RERA in case of a ready to move-in flat? I will register my property immediately after the possession. My Govt bank is also not raising any concern for it.

Please advise me. Thanks in Advance with Regards.

  • The builder buyer agreement (BBA) is a very important document and registering it further safeguards the rights of home buyers as it has a delay compensation clause, the method of filing a complaint in case of a dispute in a dispute resolution clause, the specifications of the property bought, all the amenities promised, date of possession among other things. It gives home buyers an upperhand in case of discrepancy. However in case of a ready to move-in property where you are already aware of the specifications and amenities along with other legal aspects. So the chances of any discrepancy is already ruled out.
