Puri Diplomatic Greens Prive Puri Constructions Sector 111 Gurgaon

    Entering at 8000 , when can one expect the price to be doubled ???

    16000/ SQ FT ?

    Indiabulls Enigma is far better project in terms of specs and approach , the only constraint is big floor sizes making it a big ticket investment.

    Sec 81 A facing the 30m green belt is coming up well with fully loaded hi-end luxury projects like Vatika sovereign next and neighboring Bestech Park view Grand spa adding steam to this area.

    Other side of the road have Raheja's future landmark property Revanta and Godrej.

    Also DLF have recently launched a luxury project in 82 A DLF Primus along with DLF Garden City plots .

    All in all good positive signs coming up for this area , early investors with Sare Crescent 1800-1900 per sq ft , DLF New town heights, Vatika all projects, Canary Park will get maximum as their entry price was less then half of present rate.

    With ongoing projects of Raheja's, Vatika, Emmar MGF, Alpha corp, DLF, Bestech, Godrej, Uppal's , SARE, Mapsko, Orris, Vipul and many more this area is turning out to be safer and secure investment and also it's future is not dependent upon any express way.

    Further more any depressing news in future regarding DEW, will boost up the investments in this area.

    Slowly and gradually Rally is on for this side of Gurgoan.

          True.. Saw some news that reliance is considering housing projects on it's land in jhajhar..

              The Diplomatic Greens by Puri seems to be priced so heavily that it may at best be for the end users who are looking for exclusivity and it seems the investors, if any, are indulging primarily because if the DWAY happens then the project is not only the first sector from Dwarka it also might reap the advantage of infra laid out for the proposed Diplomatic Enclave in Dwarka.
              It could probably become a niche residential area bordering on to being posh! But who has seen the future! not all of us have the appetite for 'higher the risk- higher the gains'..
              Low cost residential projects though most desirable need of the the hour may not be comparable with these luxurious projects ( which in case of Puri's is barely value for money)....

                Shobha Villas at 10 k psf sounds much better .. though the entering price would be almost 1.5 times

                Still Villas are Villa .. and with Shobha quality .. No one can beat them

                  Earlier people used to sell one property in Delhi and buy 3 in gurgaon. If this continue in the same fashion, someone who sells one good property in gurgaon will be able to buy 3 in delhi..

                      Surprise, surprise
                      A very unrealistic scenario seems to be emerging at RE front. I heard from the brokers dealing with Puri constructions that 3bhk flats of phase 2 are already sold out and only about 20 flats in 4 BHK are left.

                      God help the madness....
