Very good advice.....people are looking IRE for this tipe of sharp, sincere advice....
Here major issue is no the possession, time of booking and booking amount....as per new demand regarding increased area someone who booked emilia 26 lac then per sq ft rs 3329 he paid (as unit).
And when emilia launched (2010) with in discount price of rs 2432 per sq ft or less (as per unit). but as per increased area amount, pus future existing idc, edc, registrary etc...all will affect....so booking amount is always important (nobody can disagree with this) when you purchase a house till possession.....regarding possession it will be delivered within 1 year of time...habitation is totally depend up on necessity of the buyer, I don't have any comment on this....seoncondly, living or not living is unimport, here important is ready-to-move condition, pirce would shot up in this condition when compare to under-construction....
more thoughts please deliver so we can be more aware about the ground reality of that area and real price of emilia/primerose/iris.....
