  • Really crazy price... the builder has no credibility yet the broker was hell bent on pushing it across with all kind of weird logic (i gather there is a good broker commission involved).. another nugget of info i got from broker is that a politician's (Haryana govt minister) land parcel is involved in it..

    What about following construction updates of SAIL City Ranchi by this builder.




    30 underconstruction Towers, 1 Club house, 1 Water Tank and 19 Duplex housing rows.. to me looks impressive...Need Ranchi wale bhaiya's feedback now.

    सस्ता चाहने वाले भाई लोग रांची में 3BHK मात्र Rs. 1568+ per sqft में खरीद सकते है, just google:D:D:D...

    यह गुडगाँव है भाइयो रांची से यहाँ तक पहुचते पहुचते रेट 4 गुना हो जाते है, वैसे ही जैसे सब्जी झज्जर से गुडगाँव पहुचते पहुचते 2 गुना हो जाती है

  • Hdfc reality is also doing the project. They generally don't push anything unless the paperwork is in order. I saw the brochure, the good thing is that all plans are available and you can actually pick the apartment you want.(welcome change from normal pre launches) . The major drawback is the price. 6800-500 inaugural discount. Wish it was cheaper then would have been worth investing in.
