Hi,

I am getting these quotes for Emilia, please suggest:

1. GF = 48 L
2. First Floor = 40 L

PRIM ROSE"

1. SF = 48 L
2. First floor = 58 L

Are these reasonable prices. I am more keen for EMILIA First FLOOR...

Offcourse, additional demand of 4-5 lakhs to be paid seperately

Go for ground floor anyday. However, I am stuck in a second floor, and now repenting why bought a second floor when i could have bought ground floor with few extra rupees.

  • Has this unit been reallocated or is it yet to be reallocated ?

Be aware that you might end up buying unit-A based on location and end up being relocated somewhere else by Vatika, not to your liking. Many Many units are being relocated.

  • Vatika is in the process of re-allocation of Units. Meaning to say that the map has changed ... dont know exact reason, but one official reason is that some gas pipeline has now been planned, so map has to be changed. Also, there is an extra demand once this is done.

Most of the units being sold i have come across have not yet had this reallocation.
So once you buy such a unit, it might (some say 'will') be re-allocated. The new location can be better/worse .... and u'll have to pay the extra demand which is ~4.3L
Just be aware of the above facts.
